Set follow-up actions

Define conditions per checklist item so matching worker answers create issues automatically.

You can set follow-up actions on each checklist item. When a worker submits an answer that matches your condition, an issue is created automatically.

In the checklist create/edit screen, set Follow-up actions on the item card to Use.

💡 Tap ? next to Follow-up for a short explanation.

1. Choose a condition

Pick a condition on the follow-up row. Options depend on the item type.

Item typeExample conditions
TextWhen answered · When unanswered (if not required)
ChecklistWhen checked · When unanswered (if not required)
Yes/NoWhen Yes/No is selected · When unanswered (if not required)
Multiple choice / checkboxWhen an option is selected · When unanswered (if not required) · Other if enabled

✔️ The default is Select. You cannot save the checklist if a condition is still unset.
✔️ If Answer required is on, When unanswered is hidden. An existing unanswered condition resets to Select.

2. Configure the issue

The first action type is Create issue. Expand Issue details to edit the title and body templates.

  • Use Add field to insert tokens such as {{항목명}}, {{답변}}, and {{점검결과링크|점검 결과}} at the cursor
  • Preview shows the substituted result (the check-result link is styled but not clickable)
  • If photo attachment is enabled on the item, you can choose whether to attach item photos to the issue

✔️ Use Add follow-up for more condition–issue pairs. Multiple matching conditions can create multiple issues.

3. What workers see

Workers fill out and submit the checklist as usual.

  • If the current answer matches a condition, a hint appears under the item that an issue will be sent to admins automatically
  • After a successful submit, the server creates issues (no confirmation modal)
  • Manual issue registration remains available when there is no rule or an extra issue is needed
